Excellent - So why four stars?,
This review is from: The Wagamama Cookbook (Paperback)
The Wagamama restaurants are among my favourite spots for a speedy feed, and this book really does enable the preparation of tasty Waga' dishes in the home.
The recipies are simple to prepare, and reflect the restaurant's quick service.
In short, brill; though I've knocked off a star in order to make an obvious point: Some of the ingredients may be difficult to source.
Exciting flavours require exciting ingredients. No problem for city dwellers; people close to an Asian grocers or a well-stocked wholefood store will have no problem. If you're restricted to your local supermarket however, some of the recipes are out of bounds as they make use of bits and pieces that might not be easy to obtain.
Do put in the effort though, hunt down the ingredients and enjoy some jolly tasty grub.

I would respectfully disagree - if people aren't likely to be able to buy the ingredients then there's no point them owning this book.

I found that very helpful and I agree. I am interested in this cookery book but don't live near places that would sell unusual ingredients so this review has been very helpful to me. It is wrong to just write about the positive; people want to know the truth. And the reviewer loves the book and the recipes.
