Customer Review

on 21 October 2011
This series had to be about the last great western aired on British TV. The two characters were perfect partners and the repartie and comedic content made it an instant hit. Such a shame that Pete Duel died so tragically. Roger Davies was a competent substitute, but the 'connection' that had existed between Murphy and Duel just wasn't evident between Davies and Murphy. However, just seeing these episodes again is a real nostalgia trip. Definitely up there with TV classics such as Wagon Train, Cheyenne, Bronco and Wyatt Earp.
