A gorgeous book, some might say chocolate pornography.
My only little quibble is the weights and measures, which are all in US cups and tablespoons. I can deal with that, but what is 'a stick of butter'? I can only assume from the other quantities in the recipe that it means a whole packet. Is butter sold in 250g packets in the US? Anyway the recipes do look fantastic and I shall certainly try some and adapt others.
