3.0 out of 5 stars Quality with attitude!!, 18 Aug. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Panasonic DMP-BDT330EB Smart Network 3D Blu-ray Disc Player - Silver (Electronics)
My 330 seems to have a mind of it's own---when playing a blue ray DVD the quality on my Panasonic HD TV is brilliant!!! BUT sometimes the remote won't switch ON or OFF, sometimes the 330 player freezes and can't be operated by remote control OR buttons on unit---the only option is to pull out mains plug for 2 minutes and start again. I also can't despite many attempts display my photo's from my computer on TV screen as described in product description and handbook. The handbook is very complicated I really don't know if the 330 is faulty or if I am doing something wrong?

You're a 100% with this. Mine behaves in exactly the same way. Hangs and becomes totally bricked until I unplug it. You are not alone sir!

I have the same problem. Press the power off and the system hangs until I pull the power cord. I will try and replace it and see what the replacement does.
