This review is from: New Epson Complete Guide to Digital Printing (Lark Photography Book) (Paperback)
This book is an excellent practical guide to the "state of the art" of digital printing. It begins by discussing steps to take before beginning the print process - e.g. what will make a good print image (as opposed to a monitor-viewed image), how to avoid tempting mistakes such as maximising colour saturation or blowing everything up to giant size.
This book is unashamedly Epson-centric, relating various techniques and guidelines to Epson printer technology. This has advantages too, for Epson printer owners, by bringing expert knowledge of the capabilities of their printers. The discussion, for example, of the difference between Image resolution and Printer resolution as applied to Epson design parameters has changed my basic print workflow.
Overall a worthwhile purchase; I expect to dip into it often.
