Sony packaging problems, again!!,
This review is from: The Complete Columbia Studio Recordings (Audio CD)
The content of the music and the booklet are excellent. The 3 stars reflect the poor packaging. The cd'd are forced into a plastic case on top of eachother. There are 3 cd's each side, which mean to play the lower cd you must remove the others. Is it too much to ask for individual sleeves? My cd's were warped by forcing them in a packaging which is clearly unsuitable. Come on Sony, after the clue fiasco on the 'complete' release, please give us something practical.

Thanks for writing your review. I was about to buy the set but I won't now. It must be cheaper to put the CDs into individual sleeves in a a simple box, so it's hard to understand why boxes that endanger the condition of discs are ever used.

rubbish ! It's not that difficult to work out how to remove the CDs. Anyway, surely it's all about the music - not the packaging !

@vbhgft; It's about the "product", and if the packaging destroys the music then it's not "fit for purpose"

I completely agree with this review. If the product is damaged by the packaging (as was mine) then I think those thinking about buying this particular product might want to know.
To concentrate only on the music (which is absolutely superb) would fail to raise a significant problem.
