I bought this for the play Ready When You Are, Mr McGill, of treasured memory, and I see it is now to be released on its own next March. This is the version with Joe Black, but there has been a broadcast fairly recently with Tom Courtenay, and that version compared with the Joe Black version on the DVD implies that the DVD version has been cut. One wonders whether the one to come next March is the full version. Of the other plays, my copy does not have the fault indicated by another reviewer who mentions intrusive noise during The Knowledge, and the whole disc is to be recommended for the joy of being able to revisit the work of one of the great television playwrights.
