Buy a RaspberriPi and install Open Elec,
This review is from: Popcorn Hour C-300 High Definition Network Media Player (Electronics)
I'm not sure who this is aimed at.
You can spend around £45 and have an excellent media player in the shape of a RadpberriPi a clear case and a 4gb fast sd card.
Xbmc runs beautifully on the Pi and is around 2watts so low power. Regular additional features are added to Open Elec if you want them.

Mr. John Ross says:
If you don't know what you are buying don't buy it lol, This machine plays any movie format including 3d, ISO files (without need to unpack/write) great audio hardware all network formats, can be used a standalone downloader form news servers or via rss feeds plays all audio codes no searching online for codec pack that's got virus in it etc. You don't have to purchase DVD/blue ray drive most people use their Xbox/Ps for that as for purchasing a hard drive I suppose the raspberry pi comes with that does it loll and once again you don't need a hard rive to use this as it will happily stream from a network drive? All in all you get what you pay for and the popcorn hour c-300 is by far the best movie jukebox out there! 5/5

I did have a Popcorn Hour a few years back. I sold it as I preferred XBMC.
This will do more and run on many devices the cheapest of which would be the RaspberriPi.
