I got this book for christmas, and although i'd normally go for books with lots of images of the cakes i'd want to make. This is still such a good book not to miss! each recipe is laid out in a simple and direct way, which allows for simple reading and creates little to be confused about. it also has a F&Q section in the back to give answers to frequent Questions, such as "why do cherries sink to the bottom? and why do cakes burn on the cop, without cooking in the middle?". In the front of the book it tell you about all the cake-making equipment which is out there, and all the ingredients. so overall a really good book!
