Customer Review

on 17 May 2010
A fantastic, what i call a "spritual/self help book." Thank u Angela for putting me onto it! :-)

The basic premise of "Ask and it is Given" is that the universe (and you, because we are the universe) is a vibrational energy, and whatever u focus yr energy/attention on, good or bad, is what u will get.

It shows u that u do have control over yr thoughts, and that you don't have too let them churn away reacting too every thing u are observing. It teaches you that, by using yr emotions as a guide (and they are a wonderful indicator!) you have the power too choose what you want to focus on, and you can be selective about what u want in yr life, and by giving yr attention too only that u can invite it, and more importantly, allow into yr life.

If you (like me) have been struggling with the direction of yr life, and getting frustrated because you keep repeating the same constricting patterns in yr life, and don't want too get stuck in a life that's not for you, and you lean towards searching for answers in the spiritual and self help areas of life then i would definiely recommend this book too you. Even if u have never contmplated, or picked up a spritual/self help book before i would suggest giving it a go. While the book is quite advanced in it's thinking you don't have too "understand" it for it too work. Just do the "exercises" and you will find out they work! You will know people who are doing this already without even realising it. It is actually an inbuilt thing alot of us have been conditioned to unlearn or have learnt too put up a resistance too... You will get something out of it. And as u see the changes you will be motivated too re-read it and understand it more

Many thanks and i hope this has helped :-) It's been my first ever review! Lee - Rushden Northants
