Customer Review

Fingersmith has to be one of the best Tv dramas I have seen in a very long time and though it is over 2 1/2 hours in length it flew by.
Adapted from the novel by Sarah Waters, Fingersmith follows the story of two very different young women in victorian England and the trouble that ensues when they come together.I won't go into the story as it would spoil it for those of you who don't know, but it kept me enthralled right to the end as there are some shocking twists in the story.
I had previously seen the other Sarah Waters adaption 'Tipping the velvet' which though I enjoyed, It wasn't really to my taste and the story isn't a patch on this one.
If you like period dramas then I highly recommend this, it definitely deserves the 5 stars.
