Nice big book with reasonable selection of recipes served with big colour photos. My only ctiticism would be the omission of some everyday usable and versatile dishes such as "Bitki" and "Kotlety". Former is virtually indentical to "schnitzel" and the "Breaded Pork Cutlets" mentioned in the book but you would use chicken, turkey or pork escalopes. Kotlety (mielone) - meatballs - are surprisingly missing - these are simple, tasty and have a wide appeal. I would also have preferred to see more info on the different types of sausages (kielbasy) and pickles which would have made the book more comprehensive about Polski food. Other than that this is a good informative book.
