I love this book. Its style just seems to suit my personality and every time I open it I manage to find something to inspire or just nudge me to try something else, especially in early season training each year. I think it's perfect for beginners as well as experienced cyclists, and works for varying levels of base fitness.
Overall, if you want to get (and stay) fit and healthy while having fun cycling, this book is about as good as it gets: follow its advice and you'll pedal far, gracefully and with a smile on your face.
