Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: I Don't Know Why She Bothers: Guilt Free Motherhood For Thoroughly Modern Women (Kindle Edition)
All the things you think but feel too socially oppressed to say! Blunt, direct and to the point, can relate and agree with 99%. When did motherhood become martyrdom? Mad me chuckle out loud, amusing light read.

I loved this book.Waugh has inherited all of her illustrious family genius in her satire of Mum haloes. She has pin pointed exactly the smug self regard underlying a certain, ahem, similarly named novel. That is " in my adorably feminine ,scatty (but of course, very high powered) way, I still- despite the fact that it requires skills that make running MI5 look like running a cake shop!-always keep this show on the road."
