A superb roasting tin,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)

I love this tin; it's very heavy and sturdy, unlike some roasters, and I know it will last a lifetime! I use it all the time for roasting root veg and they seem to cook very quickly so it must be highly conductive. It does need a good soak before scrubbing! I think I'm going to try roasting at a slightly lower temperature as everything cooks so quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this tin - expensive but worth it!

Hi. If you still have this roasting tin, please would you be able to let me know if (a) the dimensions stated are accurate and (b) if the dimensions include the handles?

D. J. Sanderson says:
Hi Ben, I have this tin in both sizes and am not sure which you're asking about, so I've measured them both:
SMALL TIN: length = 36 cm, including handles
29 cm, excluding handles
Width = 24.3 cm
LARGE TIN: length = 41.5 cm, including handles
34.7 cm, excluding handles
Width = 37.5 cm
So you can see this one has more of a square shape. It fits easily into my oven, which is a NEFF so I expect it would fit into any standard size oven.
These tins are superb quality and heat up very fast - they are well worth their high price! I should add that these tins are also suitable for induction hobs.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide these measurements. That is enormously helpful.
