Already this book has saved me ££££, FANTASTIC, easy to follow instructions, with perfect results every time. It needs to be read before you enter the kitchen, to understand what a Curry is ... Don't make the mistake of turning to the recipies you want and thinking that is all the ingredients you need, all recipies start with a basic curry sauce which is a long process, so allow plenty of time .. It really is well worth the effort.
