When I first started in sales I was given this book by my manager, that was 15 years ago, I still regularly give this book as a gift to my clients and employees.
Despite the deluge of American sales books this book by Richard Denny is still No1 in my list. Written in a clear, straight forward manner for all, no matter what experience you have in sales this book still has lots and lots to give.
