We are sorry to hear about the bad experiences you have had with our lunch boxes and the lack of response. We pride ourselves on our customer service and that is not acceptable. With regard to the box problem this was down to a manufacturing fault that happened a while ago. We have both re-designed and re-manufactured the edges of our lids which has rectified this issue.
We worked with Amazon directly up until January 2015 and they handled all of the customer service which is why we haven't been in contact previously. If you can email your review to email@example.com we would like to send you 2 replacement boxes.
