I have used this for about a week on my Nexus 4. I quickly found that you do need the stick-on disk provided so don't lose it. There is a small sideways force between the phone and the charger - given the Nexus back is so slippery, it is sufficient to push it slowly out of the region where it is charging.
The region in which it charges is not very critical so you can plonk it down quite casually - and the green light is an obvious indicator.
The charging is intelligent - it switches off when the battery reaches 100% and on again when the level falls to about 95%. So if you leave it charging overnight, it might not be at 100% when you pick it up in the morning. This might upset you if you are fussy about this but it might also be less wearing for the battery than remaining on trickle charge on a usb connection.
Price is in the early adopter region - I'm sure they will only £5 when they become common.

Mr. Brian Whittle says:
there is a good reason why chargers are cheap, they have cut corners and can be lethal, £59 is excessive but it probably never be £5 and still safe
