This review is from: FERNOX Super Concentrate F4 Leak Sealer - 290ml (DIY & Tools)
Had a pressurised boiler and new 10 new radiators fitted to old pipework previously running on a gravity system.

Resulted in highlighting leaks in old pipework - bpiler was losing 0.2 bar per hour and shut off overnight.

Issue was whole downstairs is fittwd with American Oak flooring so lifting was not really an option.

Plumber used 4 bottles of F4 ran the system on full for 24 hours initially closed off upstairs rads and then gradually opened.

Problem solved - no loss now still okay 2 weeks later. Great product and Fernox technical help explained things simply.

i had a new boiler also plus 3 rads. before they were fitted i used to top up to 1 5 bar every few weeks or so but since i had the new rads it was every day. could not find the leak so dosed with two tubes- still leaking somewhere and topping every day. finally found the problem . it was a faulty fitter- he had not tightened an external drain from one of the rads.
