This review is from: The Psychology of Interpersonal Behaviour (Penguin Psychology) (Paperback)
Excellent book which gives you an insight into the psychology of our relationships in life. Michael Argyle is one of the very few psychologist interested in exploring the psychology of happiness. It is an academically written and not a romantic book, which explains our behaviour in relationships and tells us that happiness comes from having good relationships with our beloved ones. I found it also very entertaining and helpful for my understanding. One of my favourite lines was when he explained that an average couple would spend 80% of their time arguing with each other, and arguing is one of the main activities they get to engage in, he meant that this is a normal process and with many positives in the outcome.
