This is better for warming up female voices. I found it more useful for the mid and higher ranges of my voice than the lower, as it focuses very little on the lower range. it goes farely high at one point, but doesn't push you too far above your comfort zone. I do this warm up in my car when i'm driving to my band practice. Some of the warm ups are a bit annoying, as some have an example before the exercise, and others don't. And there's one or 2 exercises i tend to skip. (One that i just cant get the hang of the "fla fli falfliflafla!" ing.) I found the breathing exercises at the beginning aren't that good, as they expect you to have lungs the size of a mule, and then ask you to hold it at the top, now my singing teacher said you shouldnt be holding you breath and then letting it out, it should be fluid. But each to their own. I get the feeling that the singing teacher is someone who has damaged their singing voice, and has had to resort to teaching, as they dont have the most amazing voice in the world, but i find this comforting to practice to, as opposed to an intimidatingly good voice to sing along with! All in all, its pretty good in my book.
