Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Like many alternative brand capsules these come in individually wrapped foil pouches in a box of 10 each, so the overall package is very bulky and definitely will not fit through any letterbox I've ever seen.
The design of the capsule is questionable, as the plastic appears to have a lower melting point than any I've seen in other alternative brand capsules (I've tried a lot now), this makes the capsule warp and bend after the water has been forced through, I'm not necessarily worried, but it is strange to say the least and a bit of a design fault in my opinion. The plastic is also quite hard for the machine to pierce, you have to apply some good snapping force to get the holes a good enough size to let the water through the other side.
The taste is fine, it makes good crema and it holds up when milk is added after. If you like strong coffee then don't get this but for a standard coffee drinker (like me) it's fine for the morning cup and nice tasting.
