Customer Review

on 26 May 2010
It's cashing in time for the record companies. Re-released cd's of bands like Radiohead, the Charlatans and the Cure is easy money- fans go out and purchase the cd's again. Most Cure albums were originally released as vinyl so some unfortunate fans (like myself) see themselves buy the same album for the 3rd time.
This re-release is rather disappointing.
Disc 1 is the original cd.
Disc 2 - 14 of the 20 tracks are instrumentals. Some of the rest were b-sides and have been released on Join The Dots (Babble and Out Of Mind).
Disc 3 is the original Entreat, a few tracks have been added (or: were lacking on the original cd).

As Disintegration (Disc 1) is one of the best albums of the Cure (together with Faith and Pornography) they still get some stars however this re-release is disappointing.
