The Navran overall is great value for the amount of data from the watch, ive had this watch around 1 month now and done plenty of runs, the watch will be in german when out the box so youl need to go into settings on the watch, which you do by holding the bottom left (mode) button for 3 secs putting you into, dont forget this is still in german so follow these instructions once you have held the button for 3 secs it will take you onto menu settings, look at the arrow marker it will be the second title which means workout in english, press bottom right button lap/reset to guide the arrow down to settings which is the 5th title down or in your case press the button 4 times as you are on the first title, then press middle button (view) you want to go 5 arrows down which is system, press middle button again (view) then 5 arrows down again into language dont forgot this is still all german so dont go of any english ive mentioned just go by the arrow counts once in language scroll down (middle button) and youl notice english voi la press (middle button) and its set, press mode and will take you back to the main functions but now everything's in English do this straight away before anything,a few people think the watch is only in english and may return the watch but its not a fault its just a simple setting,
Anyways back to the watch like i say is great for general long short runs but when it comes to sprints by the the time your have stopped each sprint running at full for say 40secs the watch will only picks up the heartrate and speed by the time your slowing down and recovering so when you come to plug in data on the pc it dosnt give correct info, for instance when i sprint my heart rate should be very near max but on the graph it will show i didnt get near max heart rate due to watch gps only picking up data when im recovering and will use the heart rate which is still pounding on recovery but i would like the watch to give results from when i first sprint at the start, but anyways everything else is good on the watch great HR monitor for steady runs cool feature to view for heart zones for burning fat etc easy to glance to see if your in or out of your preferred zone, dosnt take long to get used to the watch,i did think omg this is impossible to figure out at first but really isnt after a good mess around, great price but i give 3 stars due to the sprinting side which is one of the reasons i bought the watch, but youl be pleased with it.

Sounds useless to me if it can't keep up with the heart rate on sprints. That's exactly where I would need to keep a close eye on my heart rate.
