This review is from: Replens MD Post-Menopause Vaginal Moisturiser - 12 Applications (Packaging May Vary) (Personal Care)
I was introduced to Replense by my GP. I got it on prescription originally but getting it from Amazon was as cheap and less hassle than getting a doctor's appointment.
The cream is non greasy, oudourless and the applicator really simple to use. Just sqeeze some cream into the small tube end and insert in the vagina as you would a tampon. Each application last's three or four days and helps greatly with vaginal dryness, especially in the mature woman.

I got it from my Gp too, but it is quite expensive. I was wondering whether any of you have thought of Ky jelly and an applicator as a cheaper method, but just as effective. How I hate the menopause! I have never felt so ill . If anyone could recommend me any good books I'd appreciate it. I'm 49 and have been going through this since 43, with the past 2 years being almost unbearable with every symptom.

I asked my Gynae who said that KY doesn't provide the same lubrication as Replens and others specially for the 'older woman'. It may make moisture, but that's all so you can end up even more sore after sex.
