I cant fault this device. Does what it says . There are two models of this floating around and this is the most up to date one. These used to cost a small fortune but for the current price a very useful item to have around.
MY only issue is problems scanning pages from thick books - one has to plan a little bit the best technique for the sensors which work on sliders and for them to know when to stop when faced with a sudden run off the book page. Also if text is very close to the central spine of a book there are tight margins to work with when scanning a page. The product only works scanning directly by rolling over the actual page. Experiments with rolling the device over a plate of glass or over the central spine of the book resulted in out of focus images and auto complete kick in (the scanner thinks the scanning procedure is completed prematurely) respectively.
