Customer Review

on 21 March 2013
This comment was made by a critic and the best thing that happened to Hammer was to have an actor of Cushing's caliber in the Frankenstein films. In these films Cushing approaches the role as a character somewhat similar to Robert Knox. Frankenstein is not evil he is driven to do evil things in the pursuit of knowledge but then without Knox we would never have modern transplant surgery that saves lives. Cushing really gets into the depth of this character and demonstrates he was the Olivier of the Horror film.
