Customer Review

on November 5, 2012
The storyline carries on somewhat from the previous book, Past Midnight.
Bree is a very quiet solitary person, who doesn't mix well with others. She keeps her co-workers at arms length, goes to work to complete her work and does not get involved with office gossip or socialising. She confesses to her co-workers her Father is dying - this is the 1st time they have learnt anything personal about Bree.
Bree does in fact have a side of her personality that no one would ever imagine!
She frequents a certain type of club, "enjoying" rough sex. The rougher the better. Luke who becomes her "Dom" was in fact her saviour.
Due to her past, which unfolds in the book, Bree is convinced she is less than worthless and useless to anyone. Luke sees beyond this - but how to convince Bree?
Although the story does detail rough sex and parts were quite difficult to read, I felt so much for Bree. By the end of the story the "butterfly has emerged!"
Not an easy reader but a lovely story.
