The grip is too large to hold comfortably and the length of the vertical portion is excessive making it mechanically not efficient and it wobbles a lot when one is trying to stab it in, you need to be standing and bent over to use it, with your shoulders directly over it and your arms straight. Can't use it when kneeling and bending forward, it requires a very strong wrist and forearm in that position. ( I used to be a discus thrower.) The main thing I dislike is that the grip is too large for my average female hand. Also they stick paper labels on the wood and the glue cannot be fully removed without leaving unsightly marks on the wood. I don't know why they don't place the labels on the stainless portion. If I hadn't already used it to understand how badly designed it is, I would have returned it. My advice if you're female is - dont buy.
