Shoot-out at the OK Corral,
This review is from: Final Days (Hardcover)
Sorry, but I am vaccinated against the good-guy and the-bad-guy types of sci-fi books. Here we have a "one man saves the universe" story, with a shoot-out at the end saving the remnants of the human race. To me, this novel is shallow, and more like a crime story playing out in the future. But there are positive passages too. So, I'd be glad if the author in his next book could drop the guns and the Hollywood heroes, and find a more subtle plot. Looking forward to that.
