This review is from: The Flu (A Novel of the Outbreak) (Kindle Edition)
I did read from start to finish, story started really well and then petered out to 'mediocre' to be honest.
But it held my interest to a point, it had heaps of potential and could have been so much better.
The idea of a deadly virus is fascinating in a macabre way, and how the contagion spread was done quite well, but, the dialogue was dire, one of the main characters, Dylan, was the most annoying person ever.
The word 'snickered' was over used throughout the book.
Glad I got it as a freebie, my review wouldn't have been as good if I had paid nearly four pounds for it.
