Clear, easy to follow directions. My only quibble (and it is a big one) is that the flowers pictured are a bit ghastly. I have to say that I've only made 3 flowers from the book but this is because the other 17 looked awful. The orchid came out the best but I haven't yet found a use for it. To be fair, if I liked the flowers, I'd give this book 5 stars, but it gets 3 purely because the orchid came out so well. The other flowers in the main just look a bit ropey and desperately pedestrian, and I just can't think what you'd use them to decorate- unless you were donating a bland cot cover or something to a jumble sale and wanted to quickly tart it up a bit.
