Much has been made of the potential fat loss benefits of raspberry keytones, mostly based on a study done on rats fed the stuff and so as a faithful guinea pig, I ordered a pack and began the live human testing. I followed the instructions (basically one before every meal) faithfully and in a month I have the following to report: I have lost no weight, but have suffered some side effects, for those who know what Irritable Bowel Syndrome is, you will know how unpleasant and unwanted it is. The reason why I attribute my IBS to the tablets is because it is the only thing I changed in my diet at that time, and sure enough when I stopped taking them it disappeared after a couple of weeks. The only caveat I will mention for my review is that I am only one person! I've previously taken supplements that others and the indeed general research indicate are useless and found them useful. But do so at your (and your bowels') own peril!
