I knew about the benefits of coconut oil before I got this book, so I didn't need too much convincing (although the book is pretty convincing and based on research!). What I really liked about this book is the clear and specific information about the different types of coconut oil, such as fractionated, cold-pressed, expeller-pressed, etc. -- all these terms felt confusing to me before, and this book helped me understand the differences. The certification info was great, too. I want to get the right type of coconut oil, and this information helps. But the best part are all the recipes. I like healthy recipes, and this book provides quite a variety of them, all using coconut oil. Fried coconut tomatoes and blueberry banana coco-muffins sound divine!!! Good stuff!
