Customer Review

on 3 October 2011
My frustration lies not with the translation, but with its publishing as a Kindle edition. It seems that no real thought has been put into how one might navigate from book-to-book, and verse-to-verse. This remains an enormous weakness on nearly all Kindle Bibles, in my opinion, with the exception of the ESV Study Bible. However, this version is the worst of any that I have seen in that navigation by chapter is not possible.

What the ESV does well is the use of the Direct Verse Jump (DVJ) feature. Why is this not standard on all Kindle Bibles??!!
