This mini computer is basically a record of your performance and distance over time. The idea is to combine GPS/Lap information with your heart rate and respiration so that you can measure and improve your performance.
Disclaimer: I can only review the computer and GPS bit as the heart rate/respiration monitor wasn't included in the package I received.
The computer is a lightweight device which you can attach to your bike. It records lap time and GPS information to build a picture of your journey. it comes with a micro USB cable for charging and data download and a DVD of software for your PC to record and analyse data. The set up is complex and somewhat confusing and the instructions aren't particularly helpful (the button naming convention isn't very helpful at all). The GPS setup and calibration is very weak and requires a very clear outside space with few obstructions, city streets are probably totally out. The overall set up experience was problematic and in the context of the expectations of modern user experience, pretty dreadful. It's fairly complex to use as well and I can't seem to work out how to turn it off.
The technical performance seems fine with good data collection and accuracy (away from tall buildings) but the whole experience is deeply unsatisfactory.
Note there isn't any bluetooth or mobile/App support for this device.
