This review is from: Nicorette 15 mg Inhalator - Pack of 20 Cartridges (Personal Care)
Inhalators are a nice idea in theory. Looks and feels sort of like a cigarette - replaces "the hand to mouth" action of a cigarette as it says on the packet; but there are downsides...and they're quite bad ones. Firstly the taste - there isn't much of one...it makes it very hard to tell when the cartridge has run out. They seem to run out faster than the 45 minutes of "intense use" they're meant to last for. You can feel your cravings disappear but you get to the point after sucking on one for a while where you're thinking "Do I want to smoke? Is my mind playing tricks on me? Or is this thing just needing changed?" Another fault is the amount of effort they take to take a draw on. It feels like your sucking against something rather than through something. There's no vapour or anything so you don't get the feeling that you're actually exhaling anything. It makes it feel kind of pointless. Another gripe was that the inhalator I received was white instead of black as advertised. Doesn't really make much of a difference - but there you go. They are also quite expensive I think. I've been quit 62 days as I write this review and using a couple of methods including e-cigarettes...in my opinion they're by far the best...however, they're not really a cessation method - hence giving this a try. Think I'll stick to some lozenges and e-cigs from now on.
