I bought this book from the restaurant at the time I had just wondered in. I've been a vegetarian in the past but was at that point eating vast quantities of meat. I had just had a meal and because i had enjoyed it so much decided to buy the book for £9.99. On the way home I thought I should of bought this off amazon, i'll never use it and it will end up in my cupboard of failed cook books that have rubbish ingredients that are too fussy or time consuming. I assume that you are getting the picture if you are still reading this! THIS BOOK HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I am now a full on vegetarian . I have always maintained that if I could cook restaurant quality veg food then and only then would I consider giving up meat. I eat really well every day without causing harm to other living beings ( animals). Food for thought is obviously run by amazing people who really care because if they didn't they would not have produced this book which most businesses would consider giving away of trade secrets. I am so grateful to the author and the restaurant and when I am in town will show my gratitude and respect by eating there. A wonderful book which I have cooked from everyday since I purchased it. I could go on and on in praise of this book . This approach to food works for me and this is my food bible! For me 5 stars is not enough. Big Thanks to Jane Noraika
