Andrew Marr is a likable bloke. He was popular before but after his stroke his image in the public eye has, if anything improved.
I was offered this book to review and like most people I draw- well scribble really. If I have a pen or pencil I love to cover a piece of white paper.
So a mild interest in drawing coupled with an interest in the man himself.
The book is a delight- not a heavy book on drawing and techniques or a heavy biography. It is if you like and I agree with my fellow reviewer Andy at _GC who says that ‘this is an autobiography linked to a single aspect’ I simply cannot put it better.
We get to see that Marr’s passion is art and we are invited to join him on his personal journey through is life and how he integrates art into it.
