It's no Peep Show, but better than the TV Series,

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I came to Mitchell and Webb a little late. The odd chat show appearance here, and excerpts of their radio and TV series now and again. The last didn't quite convince me as it was so patchy, veering from the hilarious to the awkwardly unfunny. However, I then gave Peep Show a try as it was so consistently well reviewed. Having watch Series 6, I then bought the box set and am a complete convert. Hopefully there will be a series 7.
So to their radio series. As with the TV, it's a little mixed, but I do think the material works better on radio. The surreal nature of the sketches is more suited to radio and there is some real imagination in their writing. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's laugh-out-loud funny very often, but it's as good as any radio commedy at the moment (with the exception of Count Arthur Strong) and worth a listen.
