I can't believe I'm on a diet!,

I am a classic serial dieter/comfort eater and have tried a number of different diets over the years (Weight Watchers, Lighterlife, Cambridge - you name it!) and have always either failed or eventually regained all the weight. But for me, I have found that so far, the New High Protein Diet is maybe the easiest and most enjoyable! Having only started this diet 28 days ago (tomorrow), I have already lost over 11 pounds and inches predominantly from my waist, chest, stomach and upper arm areas (I would recommend measuring as well as weighing yourself).
Dr Clark explains his 'science bit' in humorous plain English and also helps to give you a good understanding about dieting and how his strategies will succeed. And as for thinking I would be struggling with complex carb cravings (being a former carb junkie), his recipes are so varied and enjoyable, I can honestly say that so far, I haven't missed them a bit (I would however also recommend purchasing his Cookbook and Ultimate Diet Counter to maximise your choices).
I am so impressed with this diet, that I am now ordering further sets of these books for some of my family and friends!
