Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Magimix Le Micro Mini Chopper (Kitchen & Home)
I bought this to chop up vegetables for my parrot, but I've also used it to make mayonnaise (my first attempt), Caesar salad dressing, taramosalata, curry gravies....well lots of stuff. It is just brilliant at chopping and brilliant at making dressings with the special oil dispenser it has in the lid. Great product.

If you want to make perfect mayonnaise quickly, I would recommend investing in a Bamix. You just put all the ingredients into the beaker (it has to be this exact size beaker or mysteriously it doesn't work), oil, eggs, vinegar and/or lemon juice - what ever you usually use, all in at once, whizz for 14 seconds and it is done. Like magic. A true revelation to me. Obviously these machines are astonishingly good for a million other uses, mashed potatoes, chopping, grinding, etc, even making skimmed milk thick like a mousse! Well worth the price - and no, I am nothing to do with the company.
