Customer Review

on 8 August 2013
Everyone can picture Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly, the iconic leading character in Truman Capote's masterpiece. Breakfast at Tiffany's is a gripping read that's easy to process, the kind of book that you ought to read if you like to make progress and fly through pages.

In fact, the character of Holly Golightly has taken on such literary and cultural significance that it's well worth reading the novella just to find out more about her. For added points, read it while listening to Breakfast at Tiffany's by Deep Blue Something on repeat. Or not.

There's been a whole heap of debate, too, about who the real Holly Golightly is - Capote is rumoured to have based her upon several of the day's leading socialites, as well as on his own mother. Just take her as she is.
