Times Ironman T5E961 Tri Watch,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Timex Sport Ironman Midsize Triathlon 30 Lap Watch - T5E961 (Watch)
Arrived quickly, ordered on Saturday pm, arrived Tuesday am, well packaged.
It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it's nice and light & you don't even know you're wearing it, which I guess is half the point?
The functions are good, easy to read in low light & sunlight, and very responsive.
The recall function is especially good, recalling up to 30 lap times, good to note for discipline's & transitions.
All in all, for the price, you would be hard pushed to find a better all rounder. I would definitely recommend this watch, and the seller.

Timex Ironman T5E961 Triathlon 30 Lap Watch - Mid-sizeDoes this watch record how far you have run. I need to record distance and time for marathon training and want to buy a simple , not expensive watch; this seems to fit the bill .

Hi Susan, to record how far you've run, you would need a GPS watch. This watch doesn't have a GPS function. Try looking for a garmin forerunner, that would do the job, although most are not waterproof. Hope this helps! Good luck with the marathon training.
