A new time for an old idea.,
This review is from: The Wabi-Sabi House: The Japanese Art of Imperfect Beauty (Hardcover)
I now have a small collection of books about Wabi- Sabi and I was particularly delighted with this one. Although it is written for an American audience it is just as relevant in the Uk and espceially now as the world looks at it's spending habits and re-thinks how we can all go forward on this small planet. The subject is explained (as much as it ever can be) well enough to start to get a flavour of what it might be about. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in Japanese culture and/or simple living.
