I loved this book. I find that as a vegan people automatically assume you are healthy. I may be healthier, but often healthy things are full of healthy fat. Trying to cut down on this is difficult. I follow weight watchers and this book has the nutritional values at the side of each recipe allowing me to work out my points before buying all the ingrediants, which is fantastic.
There are many things I cook that my non-vegan, non-dieting boyfriend loves, so it's most definitely a book anyone can enjoy.
