Excellent, sturdy pans live up to the Circulon reputation,

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I would have been very surprised (and disappointed) had these Circulon pans not lived up to their reputation; they are, after all, positioned as the BMW or Mercedes of the cooking world and have much to live up to. They did not disappoint.
These are my finding after two cooking sessions.
Sturdy, solid, durable and tough. Describe them by any of these names because they are built to last. And not in a namby-panby amateur kitchen like mine, I suspect they would do very well in a small restaurant or gastro-pub where you can't afford sub-standard equipment. The handles, for instance, are riveted onto the body so won't come loose over time. Being quite solid they also retain a lot of heat, helping to cook food evenly.
Cool running. The handles don't get hot, thank goodness. Makes it easy to move them amongst the burners, lift off and so forth. This avoids the risk of burning yourself too I found, as you can get a good grip on this rubbery handles.
See-through lids on all but the deep frying pan. Well, I say "see through" but you do have the problem of condensation to combat, but a quick knock of the lid helps with being able to see the contents without removing the lid.
Non-stick. We've all used non-stick pans before but these are really super slippery (maybe because they're new, maybe because they're Circulon). Whatever the reason, they are just superb at letting the food slide about without sticking. And washing up afterwards is a breeze. Once I'm done, I just wipe the merest suggestion of a hint of cooking oil over the inside to keep them pristine.
Good size mix. Not the absolute largest but not too small either. Taller than some other makes (eg Teflon). They also do some other, larger, pots to match these which I'm tempted by, such as the stockpot. Good for casseroles I'm thinking.
Good for Induction cooking. OK I have do NOT have an induction cooker but my daughter has so they are on her shortlist already! Who knew you had to have special pots to cook on an induction cooker (not me).
Sturdy, robust and all that - but quite heavy it must be said and therefore something someone with weaker wrists ought to test out first (bearing in mind that contents will add yet further weight). Not an issue at all for most people.
Not cheap. But then you don't get a BMW for the price of a Ford do you?
Superb cooking set. If you're serious about cooking (or just starting out with a new house or kitchen) then these are definitely for you. They will last for years giving brilliant service.
