This book is aimed at those with a knowledge of pilates, and wish to proceed with knowing how and which muscles each position works on. Nice clear illustrations, it details what to look for in each move, how to do it correctly, but also look out for common mistakes. I'd say anyone wishing to teach this an essential book, or for those who are at or wish to get to a high level.
