Whilst this book has a few statistics and academic facts that could be useful, Inspirational not, more like having my high school maths teacher writing about hypnosis. I have a feeling that success stories of hypnosis would be far greater if some of the academic non charismatic dullards were not a part of the statistics. Monotony is one way of inducing trance ....think I prefer the approach of Bandler and Grinder , Overdurf and Silverthorn , David Caloff, Gilligan and others as I'm sure they inspired their clients as well as their readers. If you're adding volume to you big library or you're an academic researcher this books ok. If you want great works buy Tranceformations , Training Trances, Elmans Hypnotherapy. Just my opinion.
